As a licensed North Carolina CPA with a Masters in Accounting who has worked with a variety of small, medium and large businesses and nonprofits over the past twenty five years, I know how important strong accounting systems are for the growth and cost control of a business. 

I have worked as a Controller for a variety of businesses and a consultant in the field of healthcare and academic accounting at Duke University and Pace University. I have experience in all fields of accounting including tax, business valuation and investment.  I choose to focus on strong accounting systems which include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash flow management and cost accounting.  I believe these are areas that businesses can not afford to ignore.  Working smart at the beginning will save you valuable money and time over the life of your business.

I am currently completing my third degree at Columbia University where I sit on the Advisory Committee for Social Responsible Investing.  I live in New York City with my son and dog and I play soccer every weekend the weather and my body permit.
